I am able to support you or your child on a current school or college course or provide home learning for all ages. This could range from a short course in literacy skills to undertaking a full A-level. It is entirely up to you!

As I am flexible, you get to decide how you would like to study. Students can work on a one to one basis or as an online correspondent. If you are local, I will travel to your choice of venue. There is an opportunity to join a network link of other students undertaking private tuition. Furthermore, there is the possibility of learning with others in a small class environment.

I am available during the day and evenings. We can work around you or your child's commitments. Lessons are usually booked and arranged during the initial consultation.

I have had five years experience working in education. Past employment has included coordinating the English and Humanities curriculum for Dorset Adult Education and undertaking the post of Head of English and SENCo at a local private school. I have also marked GCSE English Literature papers for an examining board and coordinated speaking and listening events for schools listed in the ISA.

I have a BA (Hons) in English and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education. I am also trained in current educational policy and supporting students with special educational needs.
